ASC relies on the services of several carriers such as GLS, Purolator, Canpar and FedEx for all its shipping services. In some cases, the delivery address may limit Canada Post's delivery options. This may include addresses with post office boxes or remote locations.
In compliance with federal and provincial laws, sales taxes are applied to items purchased on ASC according to the total value of your order and the delivery address.
If a package is returned to us because you did not claim it, because you refused it, or because the delivery attempt was made to the wrong address, we will refund the merchandise less the delivery charges applied by the carrier. You can also pay the shipping charges so we can resend your package.
Be sure to inspect your package upon delivery. You must notify us of any item damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt. If the box is damaged in transit, the item received must be refused.
We offer free shipping on orders of $139.99 or more before taxes*. Some items are excluded from free shipping, as indicated on the product page.

Additional charges may apply for heavy or bulky items. If this is the case, we will contact you by phone to inform you. Additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas.

Delivery time is generally 1 to 3 business days for most orders placed before 3 p.m., Monday to Friday, for delivery in Quebec. For remote areas or outside the province, please allow 4 to 10 business days.
We make every effort to assemble your order within 1 to 3 business days of the order date. Please also allow for delays in order processing during holiday periods or special events. Please note that there may be additional delays if your order contains items from both our stores.
Our team always makes sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays incurred by carriers.
We offer in-store pick-up at our Sherbrooke and West Brome branches. You can select this option in your shopping cart.
We'll call you when your order is ready for store pickup. The delay is 1 to 3 days and may be longer if your order contains items at the opposite store to the one chosen for pick-up.
