Returns are accepted within 10 days. You must have your invoice and the product must be in its original condition, i.e. not worn, washed or damaged, without hair or odors and with all its tags. We do not issue refunds, exchanges or account credits only.

When an item is returned without its original packaging or sales label, ASC may refuse the return or will deduct $20.00 from the amount refunded or credited to you to cover the cost of restoring the item to its original condition.
All exchanges or returns must be authorized by us before being returned. The “exchange or return number” that is sent to you after you make an e-mail request is confirmation that you can return the item(s). The request for your exchange or return number must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must reach us within 10 days of requesting your returns number.
You are solely responsible for payment of shipping costs if you make an exchange or return (this includes shipping costs for the new item desired). It is possible to come to our store in person to make an exchange or return, but please note that you must still obtain a valid exchange or return number in order to proceed with the exchange or store credit.
For non-exchange returns, we will issue a refund upon inspection of the return. For a return with an exchange, we will issue a refund to your credit card and you will be able to reorder the new product.
