FLAIR strips are self-adhesive strips that promote optimal respiratory health in equine athletes at all levels by reducing airway resistance and improving airflow when your horse needs oxygen most.

FLAIR bands are beneficial for all horses, including those undergoing intensive training, as well as for horses that only exercise during occasional weekend competitions or trail rides.

During exercise, when horses start to breathe hard, the soft tissue covering the nasal passages is drawn in, reducing the diameter of the airways. This reduction in diameter results in greater resistance to airflow into the lungs. FLAIR bands gently support the soft tissue above the nasal passages, reducing airway resistance during exercise.

By reducing airway resistance during exercise, the bands help prevent fatigue-related injuries, protect the lungs from injury and bleeding, and promote optimal athletic performance.
