Expeditions, Exchanges and Returns
SECTION 1 - EXPEDITIONS
Au Service du Cultivateur 1968 inc. relies on the services of Canada Post for all its shipping services and all the options available on the shop currently.
In compliance with federal and provincial laws, sales taxes are applied on items purchased on Au Service du Cultivateur 1968 inc. based on the total value of your order and the shipping address.
If a parcel is returned to us because you did not claim it, you refused it, or because the delivery attempt was made to a wrong address, we will refund the merchandise less the shipping charges charged by carrier. You can also pay the shipping costs so we can send you your parcel again.
Be sure to inspect your package at the time of delivery. If your shipment has been damaged during shipment, your shipper must note any damage on the transport bill before signing it. Any claim for damage or loss during transport must be made to the carrier.
The speed at which you receive your order is affected by a series of factors such as destination, method of delivery, availability of products etc. In most cases, orders are shipped to major Canadian cities within five to eight business days when products are shipped by standard delivery methods.
For any purchase of $ 100 or more, we will offer you free shipping. However, certain conditions and exceptions apply. Your parcel will be sent by Canada Post's cheapest service. For any return, you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase, less the delivery costs that we have paid.

SECTION 2 - EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Items exchanged or returned must fulfill the following: The label identified and identified as such must not have been removed; The article must be in its original state, ie not worn, washed or damaged and must include all its parts (if any);
We do not accept exchange or return on: books, consignment items, liquidation or final sale products, food products, supplements and products ordered specifically for you.
When an item is returned without its original packaging or without its sales label, Au Service du Cultivateur 1968 inc. may refuse the return or deduct $ 10.00 from the amount that will be refunded or credited to you to cover the cost of return to the state of origin.
All exchanges or returns must have been authorized by us before being returned. The "exchange or return number" sent to you after you make an e-mail request is confirmation that you can return the item (s). The request for your exchange or return number must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Items returned must be received within 10 days of your return number request.
In the event of an exchange or a return, we will refund the price of the item and taxes, but we do not credit shipping charges or taxes on shipping charges.
You are solely responsible for the payment of shipping costs if you make an exchange or a return (this includes shipping costs for the desired new item). It is possible to present yourself in person at our shop for an exchange or a return, but please note that you must still obtain a valid exchange or return number for the exchange or store credit. It is a place of deposit only.
